My Fitness Competition at FIFTY!! Always setting goals for myself. I decided at fifty I would do another competition but this time switch categories. Instead of fitness model, I trained for 20 weeks for the Figure model category which requires more muscle mass. I came home with two trophy's!! Never say never....and remember my motto..."Muscle Doesn't Know Age!"

At Boot Camp 'recruits' challenge themselves with a variety of different exercises.

"IS FRAMEWORKS BOOT CAMP FOR ME?"

YES! IT IS FOR EVERYONE AND ANYONE THAT WANTS TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH, LIFESTYLE, FITNESS LEVEL AND SHAPE! 

 CLASSES ARE HELD: MONDAYS, and THURSDAYS.  ALL BOOT CAMP SESSIONS RUN FOR 4 WEEKS, TWO TIMES PER WEEK. Registered Recruits receive a FRAMEWORKS FITNESS BAG, FOOD JOURNAL,PRE AND POST FITNESS ASSESSMENT TEST/MEASUREMENTS AND UNLIMITED SUPPORT!

 I want to track your progress! Fitness assessments take place on the first and last sesions of Boot Camp. Attendance is mandatory on these dates if you want to have this valuable information. Don't miss out on your assessment as it is a great way to prepare you for Boot Camp. It will motivate you to challenge yourself each and every session so you will achieve great results!
