~INTERESTING FACTS~
A pound of MUSCLE burns an average of 35 calories a day compared to one pound of FAT that burns only 2 calories a day. Which would you rather have?

On average a person over the age of 30 loses about SIX AND A HALF pounds of lean muscle each decade, if that muscle isn't being used !

On average a weight training session burns roughly the same amount of calories as a cardio session, however we continue to burn about a third more calories after the session is over with weight training.

With this detailed information I will design your "exercise prescription". The TWO "training" sessions are designed to teach you your new fitness program. You will learn proper form, technique, and develop a FOUNDATION for a healthy permanent lifestyle change.

If you are tired of the same old workout or gym routine, and serious about finally getting in great shape and health, then Frameworks Boot Camp is for you! Frameworks Boot Camp is an outdoor/indoor FUN Boot Camp fitness program. It is a functional based work out... It's something that anyone can do, whether you are in shape, sort of in shape or in a shape you wish to change. It doesn't matter if you're 15 or 65. Everyone is able to work at their own pace and no one is judged. Each session trains the entire body, from head to toe, with bodyweight calisthenics, cardiovascular and strength-endurance activities. No matter your age,size or fitness level, you can achieve great results.
